Conexson is a staffing and recruitment business that supplies workers to aged care and disability (NDIS) providers across Australia. It says it works in Aged Care and NDIS only, rather than as a generalist labour hire firm. It supplies support workers and registered nurses for urgent shifts, ad hoc cover and ongoing rosters in metro, regional and remote areas.

The roles it fills include disability support workers, team leaders, admin teams, personal care workers, personal care assistants, registered nurses and domestic assistants. It also places management and corporate staff such as facility managers and clinical care coordinators, and allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists for community care. Its services cover permanent recruitment, labour hire and staffing, and managed workforce solutions, with rostering support available 24/7.
