Condicor

Condicor is a construction recruitment business founded in 2017 by Sean Holmes after nearly 20 years in construction recruitment. It supplies the construction industry with permanent and temporary management staff at all levels and disciplines, as well as ad hoc labour and labour as part of a logistics package.

The roles it fills span the building process, including delivery, commercial, technical, health and safety, engineering and administration positions. It also serves residential development, social housing (new build and refurbishment), mechanical and electrical work and civil engineering, and supplies trades and administration staff such as receptionists, secretaries, document controllers and clerks. It has supplied people to developments in London and the South East.

Alongside recruitment, Condicor offers packages covering plant hire, ground clearance, levelling and concrete works, internal strip-out and artificial grass. It says it has maintained the same network of clients over the years.
