Conas Management

Conas Management is a recruitment consultancy based in Schwielowsee that specialises in recruitment and executive search for industrial companies and consulting firms. It says it has been a specialised consultancy for more than 17 years.

The firm concentrates on key and leadership positions in procurement, supply chain management and consulting with an operations focus. Because it works with both industry and consulting clients, it can place consultants into industry and industry specialists into consulting.

Its search process relies on direct approach, drawing on personal networks, its own Conas candidate database and internet platforms. Candidates go through structured competency interviews, and the firm keeps its own pool of interviewed and assessed candidates. It says its partner has own experience as a chief procurement officer and in international business unit management. Theo Kowalski is managing partner.
