Compliance Recruitment Solutions is a London recruitment firm that places people in compliance, financial crime and risk roles. It was set up in 1996 by David Symes, a former Deputy Head of Group Compliance at Guardian Royal Exchange, and is run by former compliance officers. Gary Collins moved into recruitment in 1999 and joined the firm shortly after.

The firm fills roles in anti money laundering, anti bribery and corruption, data privacy, corporate governance, internal audit, information security, regulatory reporting and risk. It serves financial services, including banking and insurance, as well as payment services and fintechs, professional services, and non-financial sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, mining, publishing and telecoms. Its clients include regulated firms and start-ups, compliance consultancies and training providers, and regulatory bodies and trade associations. It can work without a job specification.
