Complete Personnel Group

Complete Personnel Group was established in 1997 and provides employment, recruitment and community programs and services. It describes itself as a part-Indigenous owned and managed group that works with Indigenous communities, government contract holders, employers and jobseekers.

Its recruitment business provides workforce solutions to industry in South Australia. A specialist division, Complete Indigenous, offers recruitment, development and retention solutions across all sectors of industry and helps companies recruit, develop and retain Indigenous employees. The group is contracted by the Australian Government to deliver employment services, including helping employers find staff at no cost and access government incentives. It also runs the Remote Australia Employment Service, which supports job seekers to build skills and address barriers.

The head office is in North Adelaide, with further offices in Coober Pedy, Cowell, Quorn, Tumby Bay and Roxby Downs. The group works with communities and industry across South Australia.
