Collaborate Recruitment is an IT recruitment business founded by Lisa Pavey and Lindsey Palmer, who are its directors. It works with employers looking to fill roles and with candidates seeking IT positions, and says its approach is collaboration with clients, candidates and its own team.

The founders say they have worked together for over 10 years and collectively offer over 45 years of IT recruitment experience. The experience of both spans the UK and Australia. Pavey has spent the last 10 years specialising in Project Services and Business Transformation, while Palmer's expertise is in Business Analysis. Principal Recruitment Consultant Sumeet Kaur specialises in Data Analytics, Project Services and Infrastructure.

The team also includes finance and operations, account management and operations co-ordination staff. The company supports the charity One Girl.
