Codesearch AI

Codesearch AI is a specialist search firm that recruits machine learning research and applied AI talent. It works across systematic and quantitative finance, robotics and autonomous systems, enterprise AI and high-growth AI startups, and says it works exclusively with organisations building AI and Data Science teams.

The company is headquartered in London and also has offices in Dubai, at the AI Campus in DIFC, and in Aarhus, Denmark. It says it has built AI and quantitative teams across the UK, Europe and the US, and that its Dubai presence extends this work to the GCC.

Codesearch AI says its journey began in 2016 and reports over seven years of experience in AI talent acquisition. It maps candidates' research and applied experience into structured profiles before interview, and says it provides a maximum of three relevant candidates per requirement unless otherwise required. For candidates, it offers career guidance, market insights and salary benchmarking.
