Coders Valley

Coders Valley is a recruitment agency that places English-speaking remote developers and designers from Eastern Europe with UK-based companies, including agencies and startups. It says it has worked with more than 100 UK-based clients.

Clients sign a standard recruiter contract with Coders Valley Ltd on a no hire, no fee basis. The company sources candidates, runs initial and technical interviews, and shares its review of each CV, portfolio and interview feedback. Candidates are hired as contractors and work in the client's time zone or within three hours of it. It says it will find a free replacement if a developer leaves within 100 days or is dismissed.

Alongside recruitment, it lists contractor payroll and management, employer of record services and relocation support.
