Coby Philips

Coby Philips is an independently owned specialist recruitment consultancy. It was founded in 1997 by sisters Nicola and Caron Milner, who had worked in the London recruitment market before starting the business.

The company recruits for Finance, Marketing, HR and Business Support roles on a temporary, contract and permanent basis. It says it has worked for over 25 years with organisations in all industry sectors across London and the UK. It also says it meets with all of its candidates to understand their job search needs.

Coby Philips has offices in London and in Epping, Essex. It also runs the Coby Philips Community, a free-to-join group that brings together HR, talent and business leaders for events, roundtables and resources.
