CO3x3 Consulting Services GmbH is a Viennese Personalberatung that was founded at the beginning of 2003 and has specialised ever since in the search and selection of Führungskräfte at every level. Its selection work is built around the formula it calls CO3x3 and how strongly that formula shows up in a candidate. The principles are set out plainly: the team works consistently and reliably, promises only what it can keep, wants to win a client's trust and work together successfully over the long term, and takes time for the client's concerns and tasks. Every project has a single point of contact and is personally accompanied by the Managing Partner, and the project team is reinforced when needed by external, highly qualified and long established researchers brought in for a specific assignment. Services are offered as Leistungsmodule so that clients can assemble a tailored solution, flexible, uncomplicated and individual, starting with a no obligation first conversation.

The sectors CO3x3 covers are Industrie, Handel, Gewerbe, Banken and IT, with named focus areas including Investitionsgüter, Beratungsunternehmen, Lebensmittelhandel, Maschinen- und Gerätebau, Chemie, Kunststoff, Verpackung, Bauwirtschaft, Transport und Logistik and langlebige Konsumgüter. Within those markets it fills all leadership levels, from Vorstände and Geschäftsführer through management, Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik, Personal, Produktion and Technik to kaufmännische Leitung, Finanzen and Einkauf. The method starts with the whole picture, company culture, organisation, the decisive people, strategy and other important conditions, and only then moves to details such as the Anforderungsprofil and the Stellenbeschreibung.

Quality assurance rests on the personal interview as the heart of every search, two interviews conducted by both partners for a higher hit rate and less risk, structured and traceable questioning techniques, and optional Eignungsverfahren on personal or professional grounds. The project team combines Senior Partner Ing. Dkfm. Herbert J. Konhäusner, trained in mechanical engineering and economics with more than 25 years in top management positions in globally active companies, Managing Partner Mag. Gunther M. Hampel, a business graduate of WU Wien and Copenhagen Business School with 25 years as a Geschäftsführer in SMEs and large international groups, and Junior Consultant Andrijana Milojković, who holds a bachelor's degree in HR. Development programmes for executives, including coaching, consulting and performance improvement training, are offered alongside search.
