Cnc Experts places experienced CNC specialists in permanent positions only, and says it has done so since 2012. It does not offer temporary employment and does not work with temporary employment agencies. It recruits specialists from all over Europe for employers in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, and has recruiters in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Italy and Spain.
Candidates go through a multi-stage selection process of interviews, questionnaires and practice-based programming tests, held in the candidate's native language. The company builds detailed candidate profiles covering controls, machine types, CAM experience and other qualifications. Support for employers runs from requirement profiles and translations to trial work, arrival and the housing search. Its fee is due only on success and is staggered.
