About the Agency
Cloudcat Recruitment is a recruitment agency that works only on SaaS sales hiring. It places sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs) with SaaS and AI-driven software companies in the mid-market and enterprise space. The roles it fills are sales development reps, mid-market account executives, enterprise account executives and sales leadership.
The agency works mainly in the US market and also covers the UK and EU regions. Most of its searches run through LinkedIn, using G2 and Capterra category research to identify relevant software vendors first. It generally does not take on non-SaaS, non-software or purely transactional telesales roles.
Cloudcat works on a no win, no fee basis and invoices only once the chosen candidate has signed and started. It is led by Thomas Murgatroyd, its founder and CEO, who previously worked as a consultant within established recruitment firms.
