Clearview Recruitment

Clearview Recruitment is a recruitment agency that works only in the property sector. It recruits for sales, lettings and property management, surveying, conveyancing and mortgage broking roles, and places candidates with property agencies, developers and other businesses.

The company was founded by Tom Williamson, who has a background in property sales and lettings and more than a decade in recruitment. It says its expertise has been built over 10 years, and that both of its directors come from lettings. Alex Lowrie joined as a recruitment partner in 2024, and the team also includes recruitment consultants.

Clearview works with clients across the UK and in property recruitment across the South West. It says it takes on roles only for clients whose values align with its own, and aims to build long-term partnerships rather than simply fill vacancies.
