It recruits in five areas: ICT, engineering, cyber security, project services, and sales, business development and executive roles. ICT work covers cloud and DevOps, software development, infrastructure, networking, data and AI, and architecture. The engineering team is made up of three former Royal Australian Navy personnel and focuses on Defence engineering and technical roles.
