Clark Davis Associates

Clark Davis Associates is a family-run recruitment firm founded in 1987 by Frank Luzzi, who is its CEO. It is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, and is led by Luzzi and chief operating officer Frank Gallagher.

The firm recruits through five departments: accounting and finance, engineering, human resources, information technology, and pharmaceutical and biotech. In accounting and finance it places professionals from staff level through to executive roles. It fills permanent and contract positions, most of them full-time, and does not charge applicants a fee. Consultants it places go through third-party background verification.

It serves companies in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware, and works with clients across the United States. It says it has placed candidates with accounting firms, law firms, banks, insurance companies, manufacturers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, technology companies, real estate, construction and non-profit organisations.
