Claims Recruitment Services is a UK recruitment consultancy that specialises in insurance claims. It places claims professionals with insurance businesses, from entry level hires up to a Group Chief Claims Officer, and says it is one of the only claims specific recruitment consultancies in the UK. Roles covered include claims adjusting and handling, management and leadership, claims operations and data analytics, delegated authority, project management, counter fraud, legacy and audit.

Miles Eden founded the company in August 2013, and Jamie Thomson is managing director. It works across the London and UK commercial and personal lines markets and says it has capability across the UK, Europe and globally. Its clients range from new start-ups to global corporate insurers. It says it does not try to recruit the staff of its own clients.

The company uses the Eden Ladder, an 11-step recruitment methodology developed in-house, which builds on a 24-step executive search method its founders adopted from earlier firms. Its head office is in Portsmouth. A sister company, Eden James Consulting, covers other areas of insurance recruitment.
