About the Agency
Civitas Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment agency specialising in the charity and fundraising sector. It was set up in 2019 by CEO Syed Hussain and is based in London, at International House on Commercial Street.
The agency works with both clients and candidates. For clients, it takes the brief, finds suitable candidates, supports interviews and negotiates terms. For candidates, it advises on CV and approach, guides them on the interview format and assesses the suitability of potential roles. It says it has a 90% success rate for exclusive roles.
The company says it works only with not-for-profit clients that reflect its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
