Citrus Connect Recruitment

Citrus Connect Recruitment is an independently owned recruitment agency based in Leeds that specialises exclusively in direct sales recruitment. It was set up in 2009 by Leena Parmar, who is its founder and chief executive.

The agency recruits field sales teams, both B2C and B2B, self-employed and commission-based sales professionals, door-to-door and canvassing teams, inbound and outbound telesales, and sales management from team leaders to national directors. It also places sales designers for in-home kitchen, bathroom and home improvement sales. It works with clients across the UK and says it has built sales teams of two people and sales forces of 280.

It reports more than 3,500 placements since 2009 and a candidate database of over 100,000. Client work follows a six-step process, from identifying recruitment bottlenecks to quarterly and annual business reviews. The company is a professional member of the REC.
