Cirrus Group Consulting is an IT staffing and recruitment firm that places cloud, data, AI/ML and cybersecurity professionals with regulated industries, including healthcare, financial services and consulting firms. It was founded in 2019 by technology professionals who are themselves certified, and it says its recruiters are certified in the technologies they staff.

Its work is organised around four practice areas: AI/ML, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Data & Analytics. Clients can hire through permanent or direct hire, contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and offshore or nearshore models. The firm follows a nine-step hiring process and provides client tools such as market talent-mapping reports, interview scorecards and ROI calculators.

Cirrus reports a network of more than 30,000 certified professionals and says 91% of its placements remain with clients for 12 months or more. It has offices in Sheridan, Wyoming, in the United States, and in Greenhills Beach, New South Wales, in Australia.
