Chieftech Talent Management

Chieftech Talent Management is a Swedish recruitment firm focused on IT and the areas where IT meets the wider business. It helps companies find managers and specialists, and it also offers leadership development and coaching for its clients' employees. Its office is in central Stockholm.

The company says it has worked on matching candidates and employers since 2007. It was founded by Jen Scheffel, a senior search and recruitment consultant and coach who has worked in the IT industry since 1998, in roles including consulting manager and business area manager. She has nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment, search and executive search in IT, placing managers and specialists in both the private and public sectors.

The firm meets candidates and clients in person, and visits the client's office at the start of each assignment.
