Chef Results

Chef Results is a recruitment agency that specialises solely in recruiting chefs. It was established in December 2007 by Tony Papa and Amanda Bell. Its consultants are Tony Papa, Sean Bosley, Chris Gill and Mark Thackwell, and Amanda Bell is Accounts Director.

The agency places chefs in hotels, restaurants, schools, care homes and contract catering, in roles from commis to head chef, as well as temporary cover in the kitchen. The consultants are experienced chefs who have worked in kitchens across the UK, from corporate properties up to three AA Rosettes. The company says that between them they have over 30 years of recruitment experience across the UK.
