Charterhouse

Charterhouse is a recruitment agency that opened in September 2003 with a small team in Sydney. It says it is one of Australia's largest privately owned recruiters, and it also uses the name Charterhouse Partnership.

It recruits for accounting, marketing and communications, human resources, policy, strategy and communications, procurement, professional support, rail, engineering and construction, and technology roles. Its services are permanent recruitment, contract recruitment and executive search. It starts each search from a detailed client brief and says its consultants also look for candidates who may not be actively looking for work.

In Australia it has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, opened in 2007, and Brisbane, opened in 2022. Overseas it opened offices in Dubai in 2004, Singapore in 2006 and Hong Kong in 2007.
