Charity People is a recruitment agency for charities and other not-for-profit organisations. It says it has been operating for 35 years and covers roles across the UK, with a team spread around the country and an office in Bermondsey, London.

Its services include permanent recruitment, executive search, regional recruitment, temporary and interim appointments, multi-vacancy projects and salary benchmarking for charities. Specialist teams cover fundraising, board and leadership, membership, data management, marketing, communications and digital, human resources, finance, IT and facilities, and business, operations and specialist support. The last of these includes executive assistant, administration and volunteer management roles.

Charity People is employee-owned. It became B Corp certified in November 2024.
