Charity Jobs NI

Charity Jobs NI provides recruitment support for charities, voluntary organisations and community groups across Northern Ireland. It runs a jobs board for charity, voluntary and community sector vacancies, and offers managed recruitment advertising across other job platforms, search, selection and executive recruitment, and board and trustee recruitment. It also organises a Charity Careers & Volunteer Job Fair and publishes careers advice for people exploring or moving into charity work.

The company recruits for roles from frontline and operational posts to professional, specialist, management, executive and governance appointments. Its founders have worked in charities, volunteered and served as trustees, and have professional recruitment experience. It says it was set up to give charities with smaller budgets access to recruitment expertise and wider candidate reach at a cost that reflects the financial realities of the sector.

Charity Jobs NI is based in Lisburn. It reports that it has advertised 467 opportunities and supported 92 charities and not-for-profits so far in 2026.
