Change It Talent is a recruitment business that specialises in change, transformation, organisational design and executive search roles across Australia. It is led by Eloise Seidelin, who has over a decade of experience recruiting for change, strategy, organisational design, learning and communication roles. The company says it was among the first in Australia to specialise in recruiting for change, organisational design, learning and development, and communications.

It handles permanent, contract, leadership and part time hires, and takes hiring enquiries for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Its approach draws on a coaching background, and it reports that 80% of its work is repeat business and referrals. Seidelin has worked with organisations in financial services, property, health, energy, education, manufacturing and consulting.
