Change Hospitality

Change Hospitality is a London recruitment agency that specialises in hospitality and has operated since 2004. It places temporary and permanent staff at all levels for organisations in the food and drink markets, including restaurants, gastropubs, bars, hotels, members clubs and events companies.

Its work is split into divisions. Back of House covers permanent and temporary chefs, kitchen porters and cleaners. Front of House covers permanent roles from director level to entry level, and temporary positions from general managers and waiting staff to banqueting, events and cloakroom staff. Business and Commercial covers central and support roles in executive, sales, marketing, events and PR, HR, recruitment and training, finance, accounting and procurement, and administration. The company also has contract catering and education and healthcare teams, and recruits for events and executive search roles.

It says it works face to face with candidates rather than through an app-based platform. It is B Corp certified. The company is based in London and has further offices in Manchester and in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
