Champion Crewing & Concierge is a superyacht crew recruitment agency with its head office in the Whitsundays and additional operations on the Gold Coast. It places experienced crew of all ranks, as well as new to industry candidates seeking a first role onboard, on yachts of all sizes, and recruits worldwide for yacht owners and captains. It says it keeps a proprietary database of over 10,000 qualified candidates, with access to an international network of more than 100,000 others. It is registered with AMSA as a Private Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service and says it is MLC compliant.

Alongside recruitment, the company provides concierge and shore support for superyachts in the Whitsundays, the Great Barrier Reef region and the South Pacific. Services include provisioning, catering, floristry, linen facilities, specialty wellness services, vehicle hire and VIP transport, reservations, itineraries and guides, and maintenance and repairs contractors.

Hayden James, a Master Mariner, is Managing Director. The company says its team has over 40 years of combined hands-on experience in hiring and working with crew across Australia and beyond.
