Chad Management Group

Chad Management Group is a national executive recruitment firm with its head office in Toronto. It says it has been in business for over 40 years and specialises in executive recruitment in fields ranging from marketing and sales to technology, media, real estate, hospitality and eCommerce. Rick Chad has been the leading force at the firm since 1981, and Jason Chad has led its sales practice for 22 years.

The firm says it hires industry leaders as recruiters, so that they bring background knowledge of the sectors they cover. Its consultants identify candidates in the market, contact them directly, obtain their interest and present them to clients. It serves large businesses as well as small agencies and start-ups. For job seekers, it says it takes time to learn about their talents and goals, and that it keeps their information confidential and does not pass it to clients without consent.
