CGC Recruitment

CGC Recruitment is an independent, Australian-owned and operated recruitment consultancy that recruits for construction, engineering, architecture and infrastructure roles. Its sector coverage also includes manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, and mining and resources. Each consultant specialises in one sector, and the business is structured to share information across projects from design through to completion.

The company delivers permanent, contract and retained recruitment, and says its placements are split roughly evenly between permanent and contract or temporary work. It reports placing candidates in the built environment since 2010 and more than 6500 placements in total. Its clients range from some of Australia's largest construction brands to specialist SMEs and boutique consultants. It also runs Contractor Live, a service intended to make its contractors job ready.

CGC has offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and says its main headquarters is in Sydney. It is a member of industry bodies including the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association, the Master Builders Association and the Civil Contractors Federation.
