Cens-or

Cens-or offers op maat gesneden oplossingen for a broad range of HR questions and is specialised in finding professionals with knowledge of the leefomgeving. Its four named services are detachering, interim management, werving en selectie and coaching. The organisation came into being twenty years ago out of Cyber Advies, and that connection still exists so that Cens-or stays close to the most recent developments in the field. Its people are professionals who support clients in disciplines such as the layout and management of the living environment, bedrijfskunde, the circular economy, biodiversity, milieu and waste. The added expertise of HRM professionals with experience inside government has created what the company calls a unique mix of knowledge and experience, and that mix, together with its network, shows up in the many successful projects it has delivered for clients.

Cens-or sits alongside two sister organisations. Cyber Advies works with clients on managing and organising the physical living environment, while iFocus helps them achieve a clean, cared for and safe living environment through beeldkwaliteitsmetingen and analyses that give an insight into the current situation, make it discussable and support the right choices when improving the leefomgeving. The site also carries a Duurzaamheid section, a Cyber Groep page, its own vacancies, a news section and a page of successes, one of which describes a seconded teammanager Beheer en Onderhoud, Marjolein Bekkers, who says she gets a lot of satisfaction from guiding, steering and leading and is glad Cens-or gave her the chance.
