Cedar Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy headquartered in Central London. It recruits in Finance, Tax, Treasury, Change and Transformation, Technology, Procurement, and Public Sector and Not-for-Profit roles, and also supports private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Its clients come from the private, public and not-for-profit markets, in the UK and internationally.

Cedar was established in 2003 by CEO Howard Bentwood and is privately owned and self-financed. It offers permanent, interim, contract and statement of work recruitment, from entry level through to board level. It says its Accountancy and Finance practice has been placing finance professionals for over 20 years, and that it has recruited in procurement since 2016.

For public sector work, Cedar operates across the UK with hubs in Birmingham, London and Manchester, and is listed on the Crown Commercial Service RM6277 framework among others. It reports an active database of 75,000 candidates and 265 active clients.
