About the Agency
CCS Construction Staffing is a staffing agency for the construction industry. It supplies skilled tradespeople to contractors on commercial, industrial and heavy construction projects nationwide, and says it has done so since 2008.
The trades it recruits include carpenters, electricians, general labourers, HVAC mechanics, machine operators, millwrights, pipefitters, pipe welders, plumbers and sheet metal mechanics. It says it specialises in same-day and next-day skilled labour, and that it handles compliance for clients, including E-Verify, Davis-Bacon, onboarding, payroll and CCIP/OCIP coverage.
A separate direct hire service places permanent construction leaders such as project managers, superintendents and estimators. The company is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has local recruiters in several states.
