CBC Resourcing Solutions

CBC Resourcing Solutions is a recruitment business focused on business and consumer finance. It was established by Graeme and Miles, at a time when the lending market looked very different from today.

The company says it fills senior roles for firms across the lending community and also handles the resourcing needs of clients at all levels, nationwide. It recruits on both permanent and temporary or contract assignments.

Its sector expertise covers asset finance and leasing, asset based lending and invoice finance, motor finance, commercial and corporate banking, fintech, automotive, consumer credit and private equity. By function, it recruits for executive leadership, sales and marketing, credit and risk, human resources, operations, asset management, collections and recoveries, customer services, and strategy and transformation. The company is based in Altrincham, Cheshire.
