CBC, or Christine Bahn Consulting, is a Düsseldorf practice working across three areas it labels Search, Coaching and Advisory. It supports companies in filling key positions, in developing their leaders and on strategic talent questions, drawing on long experience in Personalberatung, executive search and leadership coaching. Its founder writes in the first person throughout, describing work that puts people, potential and the long term development of organisations at its centre. Through a structured search process, well founded advice and individual coaching approaches, CBC says it produces solutions that go beyond simply filling a position.
