CB Secure Search

CB Secure Search is a retained executive search firm based in Safety Harbor, Florida. It recruits senior hires in four sectors: engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and power and energy. The roles include senior engineering and technical leadership, security leadership and specialist talent, operations and supply chain leaders, and technical and executive placements in the power and energy industry.

The firm works on retained search and says it does not run contingency searches. It serves companies that have no internal HR department to run a search, and it treats searches as confidential. A search starts with a plan built around the role, market and timeline. The firm then sources candidates who are not actively applying, screens and vets them before presenting them to the client, and manages the pipeline through to placement. The company describes itself as veteran-owned and says it has over a quarter-century of placement experience.
