Cavendish Search is an executive search firm that places finance professionals with financial institutions. Its clients include investment banks, hedge funds, brokers, asset managers, finance technology companies and private equity firms. Mandates it lists include change managers, a head of digital transformation, chief operating officers, a head of rates strategy and a senior foreign-exchange trader, for banks and fintechs in Europe, Asia, America and Australia.

The firm was founded in 2010 by Robert Jones, who began in investment banking in Paris and London, moved into executive recruitment in 2005 and later relocated to Hong Kong. It says each placement passes through him directly, from the assignment to signing.

Cavendish Search has offices in St Albans, Hertfordshire, and in Hong Kong. It says it has placed professionals from London to Sydney, with a network particularly deep in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing, linking Europe and Asia.
