Caval Ltd is a construction recruitment business with its head office in Leeds. It places skilled tradespeople, technical experts and white collar professionals with contractors, developers and construction companies across the UK, on permanent, contract and temporary terms.

Its work is organised into divisions: Build, Civils and Infrastructure, Engineering, Executive Search, Fit-Out and Interiors, Mechanical and Electrical, and Trades and Labour. The company says it has an 18-year track record in construction recruitment and operates from five offices in England and Scotland, with further virtual offices in London, Newcastle and Sheffield.

Caval reports more than 188,000 candidates registered in its database and over 6,000 successful placements a year. It says candidates are vetted through face-to-face interviews, identity and work permit checks and professional references before registration. The company set up The Caval Foundation in 2021 to support charities, and formed a social value team in 2023.
