Cause Recruitment is a Sydney-based recruitment agency that works with charities, fundraising and marketing agencies and for-purpose organisations across Australia. It describes itself as both a recruitment and executive search agency. It says it has 13 years of experience recruiting in the not-for-profit sector and a national network of clients and candidates across medical research, health, social enterprises, education, arts and culture, environment and sustainability, and welfare.

The agency recruits in Fundraising and Development, Marketing and Communications, and Operations and Management, at all levels and on both contract and permanent terms. It works with organisations from coordinator to executive level. Its founder and lead recruiter, Christina Enotiades, has filled senior leadership roles in fundraising, philanthropy, marketing and communications, and operations.

The company donates $200 to a chosen cause for each role it places. It says it has donated over $50,000 to charities since it began.
