JCW Group is a specialist recruitment firm focused on governance, risk and compliance. It places permanent and interim or contract professionals and runs executive search for senior and specialist roles. Its clients range from startups to global enterprises in the USA and Europe.

Its expertise is organised into four sectors: financial services, life sciences, technology and insurance. Financial services covers areas such as compliance, risk, audit, tax and anti-financial crime. Life sciences includes quality, regulatory affairs and clinical roles, technology covers cyber security and core technology, and insurance covers actuarial and underwriting.

Jamie Woods founded the firm in 2007, and Et Halstead is chief executive. The head office is in London, with further offices in New York, Boston, Santa Monica, Frankfurt and Baar in Switzerland. The Frankfurt office opened in 2018.
