Catalyst Career Group

Catalyst Career Group is a recruiting firm that has helped organisations connect with candidates since 2008. It supports employers nationwide through in-person and virtual job fairs, Private Recruiting Events, candidate sourcing and retained search. Clients can combine one or more of these options to suit their budget and candidate type. The firm was co-founded by Jeff Straub and Jeff Naugle.

Its job fair schedule is organised across five regions: East Coast, North Central, South Central, Mountain and West Coast. Autumn 2026 events include Houston, Dallas, San Diego, Fort Worth and Madison. For Private Recruiting Events, its recruiters source and prescreen candidates against an employer's defined requirements, then provide qualified candidates with scheduled interviews, held at the employer's office, another location, by phone or by video. Candidate Search and Placement frequently recruits for sales, management, customer service, administrative and technician positions. Employers can also run their own virtual job fairs through RecruitVirtual.

The company says its recruiters have more than 20 years of experience, that qualified candidates are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days, and that 90% of clients choose it for multiple search engagements.
