Catalyst

Catalyst is a recruitment agency that fills roles from entry level jobs through to executive management positions. It works on a permanent, temporary, contract and interim basis. Catalyst is a trading name of Plus Catalyst Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The agency recruits across the North East of England and also UK-wide, in every sector. Areas it names include IT, sales, operations, engineering, logistics, accounts, finance, legal, marketing, quality, R&D, design, customer service, procurement, HR and administration.

It describes its method as a personal partnership approach to recruitment delivered by consultants, and says it uses cloud-based technology to work efficiently. It says it only introduces candidates to employers with the candidates' complete authority and agreement.
