CassonX is a London recruitment company specialising in operations and middle office roles in financial services. It is a boutique, privately owned business whose shareholders are its founders and Managing Directors, and it is based in the City of London. It was formed in 2016 by founding partners with more than 30 years of combined recruitment experience in financial services. Founding partner James Manders has two decades of experience in operations and middle office recruitment.

It offers permanent, interim and contract recruitment for experienced hires, from Associate grade up to COO level. It works with small to medium sized companies on business as usual staffing and on project and change initiatives, particularly transformation. Clients include asset managers, hedge funds, wealth managers, fund administrators, private equity firms, banks and exchanges. Roles include trade support, settlements, collateral, fund accounting and regulatory reporting.

London is its specialist region, with mandates also worked elsewhere in the UK, in Europe, and in cities such as Dubai, Singapore and New York. It says that since 2016 it has traded with over 100 unique businesses and seen over 500 permanent transactions.
