Cassidy Education

Cassidy Education is a recruitment agency based in Central London that places teachers, teaching assistants and support staff in special educational needs (SEN) roles. It was established in 2009 to meet the growing need for central supply teaching recruitment in London and the surrounding counties, and says it has continued to expand since.

It arranges short-term, long-term and permanent placements, as well as day-to-day supply, in mainstream schools and alternative provisions. Most of its vacancies are in special needs, and it also has candidates for mainstream schools, referral units and special schools. It recruits staff with SEN qualifications in areas such as autism, social, emotional and mental health, learning difficulties, and hearing and visual impairment, as well as pupil referral unit support.

The agency serves schools across Central and Greater London and the Home Counties. It says every applicant must complete a full series of DfE requirement checks before being cleared to work in client schools.
