Founded by David J. Cassford, a British-qualified professional holding certification in Butler/Administration and Estate Management from the Ivor Spencer International School in London, Cassford Management provides expertise in recruiting qualified estate managers, house managers, chefs, domestic couples, personal assistants, butlers and housekeepers. The firm also conducts confidential on-site household operational assessments and provides household staff training.

Co-founder Kimberly Cassford brings 20 years of experience providing services to high-net-worth families and holds certification as a Household Manager/Butler, a Cordon Bleu Diploma and a BBA in Accounting. The firm's international and nationwide network of consultants are specialists who have been preliminarily screened and have a proven track record, with the company travelling on assignment nationwide and overseas as needed.
