Carver Talent is a recruiting and HR business consulting firm that focuses on the media industry. It places media corporate executives, management and sales professionals on a contingency basis. The roles it fills range from C-suite and general manager positions to sales management, news and content management, digital, marketing, research, IT and engineering, programmatic, OTT and CTV, and creative services management, as well as sales account executives.

Its services are contingency search, retained search, recruitment process outsourcing, and brand marketing consulting, which covers social media marketing and optimisation and digital and mobile design. It says it works from a database of passive candidates in the media industry, and reports more than 100 years of combined experience in recruiting, media sales and human resource management.

The firm was founded by Ty Carver, who has decades of experience in recruiting, human resources management, sales and leadership, and has worked in the broadcast and programmatic media industry since 2012.
