Founded in 2022 by Dominique Wallet and Joshua Koelewijn, the agency prioritises matching candidates and organisations where both truly fit on skills and culture, presenting only carefully selected prospects rather than volume-based recruitment.

The company specialises in Sales and Construction & Technical roles across all levels from junior talent to senior executives. Sales positions range from SDR through to Commercial Director, while construction roles span work preparation professionals, project leaders, calculation specialists, BIM modellers and project developers. The Rocket-Start programme provides six months of post-placement coaching including sales training, proposition refinement and onboarding support.
