Carrera is a retained executive search and talent management firm based in North Sydney, working with clients across Australia. It specialises in FMCG, consumer goods and sales and marketing leadership roles, and also has clients in industrial, professional services and family-owned businesses. Its clients are typically senior leaders in mid-sized businesses.

The firm offers three services: executive search and specialist recruitment, talent management consulting covering culture and engagement, and leadership development, including capability programs and one-on-one executive coaching.
