CareerStone

CareerStone is a UK recruitment agency that specialises in mortgage and protection roles within financial services. It describes itself as a boutique agency and says it has spent over a decade in the mortgage and protection market, working with brokers and businesses across the UK. It reports 35+ years of combined industry experience.

The agency recruits mortgage advisers, protection advisers and mortgage client consultants, with roles in London, Bath and home-based or hybrid positions. It says it does not recruit across dozens of industries and instead focuses on this one market.

CareerStone says it works with a select number of clients and assesses candidates on qualifications, regulatory fit, experience, performance track record and cultural fit. It states that it never sends a CV without the candidate's knowledge and permission, and that it will not approach a client's employees on behalf of another client. It operates as CareerStone Ltd, registered in England and Wales, from an office on City Road, London.
