Careerbee is a recruitment firm based in Berlin that connects business and tech talent with the companies that need them. It offers a headhunting service for employers in technology and manufacturing, hiring engineering and business talent, and says it works with companies in renewables, tech and industrial production. It reports access to over 500 million candidate profiles worldwide and assigns a dedicated recruiter to each client.

The company was co-founded by Laura Villafuerte, who is CEO, and Luca Planert, who leads recruiting. It says its screening process is backed by its experience as in-house recruiters.
