Career Contacts is a Vancouver-based firm that provides fractional HR and recruitment advisory services to organizations in Canada and the US. Since 1995 it has supported clients of all sizes with recruitment, human resources, training and performance management. It says it has over 30 years of experience and a team of over 20 specialists.

On the recruitment side it offers temporary and contract staffing with payroll infrastructure, permanent staffing across industries and positions, and senior-level executive search. Its recruitment teams are not paid on commission. Sectors it serves include non-profit and charitable organizations, the public sector, health care, financial services and credit unions, real estate, and construction and manufacturing, along with technology, retail and hospitality.

The HR advisory work covers fractional HR consulting and audits, compliance and policy development, workplace investigations, organizational development, and compensation and benefits design. The firm is led by President and CEO Natasha Jeshani and supports clients virtually or in person anywhere in North America. Its sister company, Training Arch, provides corporate training.
